Tyler Pearson

Associate Attorney, received his Bachelor of Business & Economics from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois and received his Juris Doctor from UIC Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While in law school earning his Juris Doctor, Mr. Pearson excelled in trial advocacy and litigation, competing in several national mock trial competitions and winning a national criminal mock trial championship in 2018. Mr. Pearson is also a published author in the Lake County Bar Association’s official publication, The Docket. Mr. Pearson concentrates his practice with the firm on state and federal and criminal defense cases, a myriad of civil and administrative regulatory enforcement proceedings, traffic, family law, corporate contract drafting and negotiations, and commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Pearson is a member of the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL); the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDA); the National Trial Lawyers (NTL); the Chicago Bar Association (CBA), and the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).
