Glenn Seiden

Glenn Seiden specializes in criminal and civil litigation. Since his Chicago-based firm’s inception in 1974, Glenn has represented individuals and businesses coast-to-coast not only in jury and bench trails, but also appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings, as well in civil negotiations where litigation preparedness served as a deterrent to the use of courts for businesses with complex interests.

His courtroom expertise is a transferrable skill that clients have successfully applied to a wide range of issues, including eminent domain, real estate, commercial litigation and business transactions, antitrust, immigration, and of course, white collar criminal cases. Meeting the needs of clients who increasingly work and live across the country, members of the firm are licensed and admitted in multiple jurisdictions.

Glenn has been dedicated to the principles of independence since he began practicing law in 1974. He believes there is no substitute for experience, especially when the application of law is defined differently across jurisdictions, courts, and systems, and when experience with these differences can be what drives success, especially with appeals.

The Seiden Law Group, P.C. consists of a group of likeminded, creative individuals who are committed to successfully representing our clients. Though the firm bills hourly for some of it commercial work, the firm also often engages in value-based billing, which aligns attorneys’ and clients’ interests and keeps everyone focused on the quality of the work rather than the clock.
